Service
Built by Hand,
Kept with Heart
In 2009 we signed the lease on an old banking hall that most people said was too much work. The ceilings were too tall, the vault door too heavy and the marble floors too cold. Sixteen years later we still think signing that lease was the smartest thing we ever did.
Marco runs the kitchen the way his mother ran hers, which means stock every morning, bread before noon and no shortcuts that matter. Elena runs the room, remembers every name and keeps the coffee strong. Between the two of them, the place has a rhythm you can feel the moment you sit down.
We cook with the seasons, we buy from people we know and we believe a restaurant should feel like the best kind of evening at a friend's place. Come hungry, stay long.
